CANADA TOPO/Street Name Maps We Offer

We Create and Supply High Quality, Accurate, Dependable Jungle Ghost USA TOPO Maps for the Magellan Triton Series 400, 500, 1500 and 2000.

They are an excellent maps for your GPS at a very reasonable cost.

The Triton will not present a 3D image but you will be able to use Vantage Point to see in 3D.

All our maps are resolvable from a zoom of 3 miles to as close as 100 feet (1:15000) One 7.5' Quad is at 200 feet (1:24000) and as high as (1:150000). In Magellan Zoom Language that is from 100 feet to over 1 mile. In addition our Detail Basemap will blend into the maps as you go much higher.

This Jungle Ghost Flash Card comes as a Special 8GB SanDisk (SDHC) Card
for the Magellan Triton 400 500 1500 and 2000 Navigation GPS Series.

This card can store your Vector and Raster TOPO Maps because it is a standard card, to which we have added some very special touches and tuning to the card that can help you. We took these cards and specially reformatted the card for Maximum Speed and Efficiency to remove the sluggishness associated with Map Panning. We have also added to this amazing card some additional software:

1) We will supply THE ENTIRE Jungle Ghost TOPO MAPS FOR ALL OF CANADA. All maps contain Street Names.

2) We have added a Better Detailed Basemap of Canada.

They are an excellent map for your GPS at a very reasonable cost.

You cannot find good National Geographic or other TOPO maps of Canada for the Magellan Triton Series. The Canada Value Packs presently do not work with the Triton Series and are expensive. Additionally most maps do not even come with many Street Names.

Most users can not find maps and are making their own.

Below are three examples of Province or Territory maps we offer. As you can see by our EXAMPLE, our maps are a combination TOPO and Street Name Maps designed for your SPECIFIC Magellan GPS.

With this file you DO NOT have to have a North America, European, Canadian, Australian Basemap. This is the single Background map that covers the WORLD. For example, if you live in Portugal, India, Tibet, or Puerto Rico and you do not have any detailed TOPO maps of your country or territory. You can use this file to give you the map information on highways and mountains where you are.   You may not know how to make a map or in many cases there are no maps available for your area to purchase. Under these circumstances, this is the Universal map for you.

We will contact you for the information on which provinces you want and for the Serial Number of your Triton GPS.    We must restate that each map is specifically designed for the GPS serial number of your order.

We are most likely the only supplier of Magellan Triton Canada Maps and Worldwide TOPO Basemaps. These maps are valuable irreplaceable items and we must send them through as First Class International Mail and protect them by Registered Mail

This way we can be sure that the mail will be under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery, and insured up to $25,000 against loss or damage and we can verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts online.

Unfortunately, this is a mailing cost of $11.50 USD and we must add this to our Shipping & Handling costs.

I just want to thank you for these fine maps of B.C. They have restored my confidence that there may be life with my Triton 1500 after all. I am very pleased with the quality and level of detail on topography and features. The maps have off road 4x4 trails in locations that I am familiar with. As well, the names of many features such as smaller lakes are there as well. It is interesting that these seem to be more readily apparent on my GPS than on VantagePoint. Although not very important to me, the streets in small communities of 200-300 people are also there.

My experience with the Triton and Magellan did not start out well. I acquired the unit in a Boxing Day sale in spite of the recommendations to not do so from friends who use Garmins. I then tried to acquire the western Canada map from Magellan which was supposed to be available on line. However, I was told that it was not available due to problems with the web site. I then found a Topo Canada value package SD card at a Wal-Mart and, like others on the Triton forum and yourself, couldn't make it work. I sought help from Magellan but the only response I received so far is a survey seeking input on their customer service. This is pretty pathetic.

The happy "so far" ending is that I am delighted with your maps and there is a good chance I will be able to make my Garmin friends eat crow.

I ordered the World Base Topo Map and I have been able to look at the contures of places I have been in Europe and Asia. I wish I had had this when I was working in the Desert as well as in Southeast Asia. The map is great. I was able to zoom in to The Zugspitz in Germany and Mount Kinabalu in Borneo. Both of which I have been on. This would be a great map for touring and hiking both in the US and aboard. I recommend this to all Triton 400/500 users. Thanks."
