Shipping Method	UPS Ground .. Fully Insured US SDHC Flash Cards are Shipped by First Class Mail -- Confirmed Delivery **Canada and Worldwide SDHC Flash Cards are Shipped by Registered First Class Mail WE MUST SEND OUR VALUABLE MAPS TO CANADA AND WORLDWIDE USING FIRST CLASS REGISTERED MAIL. We are most likely the only supplier of Magellan Worldwide TOPO Maps and Worldwide TOPO Basemaps.  These maps are valuable irreplaceable items and we must send them through as First Class International Mail and protect them by Registered Mail This way we can be sure that the mail will be under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery, and insured up to $25,000 against loss or damage and we can verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts online. Unfortunately, this is a mailing cost of $11.50 USD and we must add this to our Shipping & Handling costs. Our GPS's are shipped by USPS Priority Mail .. Fully Insured.
Shipping & Payment Details 2 To Protect Our SDHC Cards .. We Have to Track the Shipment.	FOR OUR CANADA CUSTOMERS .. WE WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT THAT OUR GPS's ARE NOT SUBJECT TO DUTY TAX.   We ship our GPS products to Canada by USPS/Canada Post First Class or Priority Mail Insured (Package).   There is no brokerage fee and Canada Post will charge you either $5.00 or $8.00 + 13% Canada Tax based on the Declared Value of the Purchased Item.  USPS/Canada Post does NOT HAVE a Brokerage Fee like UPS or FedEX.   Thus we always use this method to ship our GPS products.  THIS INFORMATION COMES DIRECTLY FROM THE CANADIAN BUREAU OF CUSTOMS AND CANADA POST AS OF JUNE 22, 2009
Return Policy and Warranty	We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Items are usually shipped within two (2) business day of receipt of payment.  All items we sell carry a seven (7) day from delivery -- DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty.  Items found to be DOA can be returned for a full refund. Returned Items must be Returned Prepaid and require a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Other returns will be determined on individual basis.
